Work was completed timely and as always, KC discussed with me a future need. She was very professional and informative and gave me a quote for recommended future needs. BALTIMORE, MD | 2020 Chevrolet EquinoxAugust 10, 2025The service was fine. It was a 3 hour wait for an oil change that was scheduled and I stated for the spark plugs to be changed they informed me they'll call me while the car was lifted to confirm that service needed to be done, I received no call or text. I was also informed that the shuttle could drop me off only to find out once I got there that the shuttle doesn't run on Saturday's. Once they were finally finish with the oil change they did state that if I wanted my plugs changed it would be another hour and a half . I declined because again I already been there for 3 hours with no call or text about the shuttle/service after I even signed up for updates.Response from Antwerpen Chevrolet
