BALTIMORE, MD | 2020 Chevrolet EquinoxAugust 10, 2025The service was fine. It was a 3 hour wait for an oil change that was scheduled and I stated for the spark plugs to be changed they informed me they'll call me while the car was lifted to confirm that service needed to be done, I received no call or text. I was also informed that the shuttle could drop me off only to find out once I got there that the shuttle doesn't run on Saturday's. Once they were finally finish with the oil change they did state that if I wanted my plugs changed it would be another hour and a half . I declined because again I already been there for 3 hours with no call or text about the shuttle/service after I even signed up for updates.Response from Antwerpen Chevrolet

ELDERSBURG, MD | 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 1500February 2, 2025I was in the market for a pickup and decided to check out my local dealer, Antwerpen Chevrolet. I asked to speak to a salesperson and was introduced to Leslie Hale. She assisted me in exploring some of the trucks on the lot and taking a few test drives. I decided I wanted the ½ ton diesel but they didn’t have the truck I wanted on the lot. Antwerpen did have one I liked on the lot but it was well above my price range and we were unable to negotiate a deal I could accept. Leslie offered that the dealership could help find a vehicle at another dealer and transfer it to their lot so I could purchase through Antwerpen. I preferred to buy from my local dealer, if possible, so this was an attractive option for me. I worked with her and Bill Collins to generate a list of features I was looking for and they went to work. Over the next week, Leslie sent me several options and I ended up coming back into the dealership the next week to see if we could settle on the right truck and get a deal done. Leslie and Umar Chaudhry, the general manager, were very patient with me and worked with me for several hours to find a truck. After finding the truck I wanted, we agreed on a price (a pretty good deal), and they started working the transfer. Unfortunately, the transfer didn’t end up working out. Umar didn’t want to lose my business and was able to offer me a deal that I couldn’t resist on the nicer truck that they had on their lot. Part of my deal was also working a trade-in vehicle. I was worried about this because of experiences I had at other local non-Chevy dealers. Umar was very respectful and transparent about my vehicles trade value and offered me an acceptable price without any games. We got the deal done and the rest went relatively smoothly. Leslie did a great job making sure I was familiar with the truck and I got to drive off the lot with a full tank of diesel in a beautiful new truck. Do your research before you buy, but don’t hesitate to seek out Leslie, Bill, or Umar if you’re looking for a Chevy.Response from Antwerpen Chevrolet
