The wait time was very good. The technician was friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions. The waiting room was clean, with free water and coffee. There were plenty of goodies to purchase. Great job!

My truck was there for almost 3 weeks. It had to have a new transmission which will be the third one for this truck. While it was there, it had a dead battery, which was fine when I dropped it off. Also when I picked it up the right side passenger air conditioner is not blowing as cold as it was when I dropped it off. It’s just awfully ironic that two things went wrong while it was there. I sent an email to customer service but never got a real response other than it was being looked into. I know it’s not the people at the desk in the service department because they are very nice and try very hard. I just don’t know why things happen like this. So I had to get a new battery. I will also have to pay to get my air conditioner repaired.

Everything was fine but the next day I notice that my side mirror would not turn and that is the door that was worked on. Now I need to make an appointment and go back.
